This Saturday, InstantRiverside.com will present a half-hour special on the Inland Empire Auto Show. This year the automakers displayed fewer concept cars and more vehicles that are in production — and on their way to the dealerships.

Instant Wheels Editor Paul Batista will report on everything from the hot rods and the show cars to the economic gas sippers.

The program will be broadcast on KVCR-TV, Channel 24, at 4 p.m. May 17.

This is the third in a series of uniquely-local programs that InstantRiverside.com is producing for the PBS station.

KVCR-TV is the only PBS affiliate serving the Riverside and San Bernardino counties. It can be seen on all cable systems, including Dish Network and Direct TV, on Channel 24. You can also receive the broadcast using a pair of rabbit-ear antennas.

Look for previews of the program this week on InstantRiverside.com, and on our weekly news reports on KVCR-TV at 6:25 p.m. and 7:55 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
