Actor Andy Dick was arrested in Murrieta after allegedly pulling down a teen’s tank top and bra in a parking lot early Wednesday morning.

According to the Murrieta Police Department, officers responded to the Buffalo Wild Wings at 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Road shortly after 1 a.m. after receiving a report of a drunk man urinating outside and causing a disturbance.

Arriving officers stopped a truck leaving the location; witnesses said one of the occupants had sexually battered a 17-year-old girl.

She and several witnesses said that as Dick left the bar, he approached two females and pulled down the clothing of the 17-year-old, exposing her breasts.

His friends reportedly then got him into the truck that was stopped by police at a nearby Sam’s Club.

Dick, who was in the front passenger’s seat, was identified in a lineup by the victim and a witness. Officers searched him, which was when they discovered marijuana and Xanax in his pockets.

Dick, 42, of Woodland Hills, was booked for sexual battery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

The actor had had several similar run-ins with police over the years, including one at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
