Victoria Palmer, 96, of San Jacinto, died Dec. 12, 2009, at Ramona Manor Convalescent Hospital in Hemet.

Memorial services were Dec. 19 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hemet. Interment was private. Cremation Society of Riverside County in Romoland is handling arrangements.

Ms. Palmer, who was born in Canada, lived in the San Jacinto Valley for 11 years. She was a school teacher for 18 years.

She enjoyed playing the piano, traveling, reading, and sharing her faith.

Ms. Palmer is survived by a sister, Emilie Steelman of Hemet.
