Susan Grace Godfrey

Susan Grace Godfrey age 72, resident of Riverside for 50 years, passed away 10/29/2009 due to cancer, at her home in Riverside, surrounded by her family. Susan was born 07/02/1937 in Pittston, PA.

She was an Instructional Aide with RUSD at Fremont Elementary, retiring after 22 years. Susan graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in Buffalo, NY. She was a member of American Legion Post 79 Ladies Auxiliary.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Michelle Godfrey of Riverside; sons, Michael Godfrey of Santa Ana, Mark (Elizabeth) Godfrey of Moreno Valley and Mathew (Nicole) Godfrey of Riverside; sister, Dolores Martino of Riverside; 6 grandchildren, Brent (Cori), Brian (Angie), Jamie, Jesse, Joe and Asia; great-grandson, Mattias.
