The complete list of General Motors dealership closures is still unknown. Locally, Singh Chevrolet, in the Riverside Auto Center, appears to be safe.
The Singh-Corona dealership at 2550 Wardlow Road will close. The information comes from numerous sources who have asked not to be named.
One source within the company said “Corona will be open for several more months at the least,” this would give the dealership time to sell off current inventory.
Singh Chevrolet became a presence in the Inland Empire in 1997 with its flagship dealership in the Riverside Auto Center.
All indications suggest that the Riverside location is not on GM’s closure list, and will remain open for sales, parts, and service Monday through Saturday.

In May, 1100 GM dealers were told that their franchise agreements would not be renewed. GM said it would not disclose the list, leaving the information for individual dealers to share.
