Samuel “Sam “ Roy Gold, age 73, of San Jacinto, California for 4 years passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. Sam was born April 22, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was an Engineer for 18 years. He was the son of the late Samuel Fred Gold and the late Evelyn Louise (Mullen) Gold.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Garcia of Aurora, NE, step-daughter Tomi Ann Harter of San Jacinto, CA, two sons, Samuel E. Gold of Chino, Ca, Mark Gold of Aurora, CO, one brother, Randy Gold of San Luis Obispo, CA, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Monday, December 14, 2009 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. private interment will be at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery in San Jacinto, CA.
