Roy Dee Beaver age 72, resident of Norco, CA for 17 years, passed away 12/19/2009 at Encore Senior Village, Riverside, CA. Roy was born 03/13/1937 in Phillips, Texas.

He was Field Supervisor with O.C. Transit Authority for 27 years, retiring in 2004. He served in the Navy from 1955-1959. Roy was a member of Saddle Sore Riders, Norco Mounted Posse, and American Legion Post #328.

Roy is survived by his wife, Janis Bost-Beaver of Norco; daughters, Teri Bass of Mississippi and Amanda Bisbee of Riverside; sons, Steven Beaver of Newport Beach, Robert Beaver of Costa Mesa and Thomas Beaver of Anaheim; brother, David Beaver of Kansas; sisters, Amy McFadden of Arizona and Patricia Ooley of Hesperia; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service 01/08/10 at 10am at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001, www.alzfdn.org. Services entrusted to: Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary (951) 689-1441
