After losing a legal battle, the “Yes on 8″ campaign revealed who made donations during the campaign’s final days. While some donations were small, many were quite large. During the last two weeks of the campaign, the group amassed more than $20 million from donors across the country.

The legal team for “Yes on 8″ had argued to keep the final financial records private. They had claimed a significant fear of retaliation toward those who supported Proposition 8. Last week, the judge disagreed, and ordered the information be released to the public.

The final report from the campaign is nearly 3,000 pages and shows who donated and how the money was spent.

Los Angeles TV station KABC earned more than a $1 million broadcasting commercials for the campaign; radio station KFI-AM earned well over $100,000 for radio commercials. In Central California, KFSN-TV, which is owned by ABC, was also paid a significant amount of money to broadcast commercial messages.
