Phylis Hook

Phylis Hook of Menifee, CA, passed away November 22nd, following a lengthy attempt to recover from major heart surgery.

She was 78 years of age. Mrs. Hook and husband, Don, were long time residents of the Oasis Community. She was active in community affairs and loved for her care for others. Most of all, she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and as a great-grandmother.

She is survived in California by her husband, two daughters, five grandsons and identical twin great-granddaughters. She also has a sister, Shirley Osborn, of Azle, TX and a brother, Keith Caldwell, of Cedar Springs, MI.
