Payday-loan robbery caught on video

A robbery at a Moreno Valley payday-loan business was caught on camera.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, two armed men robbed the Advance America Cash Advance in the 24000 block of Alessandro Boulevard shortly after noon on Feb. 25.

According to police, the men confronted an employee at the counter. One suspect forced the employee to the back of the building; the other stayed in the lobby.

The pair fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 18-25, 5′10″, with black, bushy hair pulled into a ponytail; he was wearing a gray sweatshirt, dark pants pants and a black hat with an “NY” logo.
