Helen “Polly” Foster, a long time Hemet resident and member of Seven Hills Golf Club, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009, after a long illness.

Polly was born in Jonesboro, Louisiana and moved to O’Brien, Texas at age 7. She attended school in O’Brien.

Polly worked for North American Areonautics as a secretary. She held similar positions in the Hemet area.

She is survived by one son, Jerry Grinstead Sr. and wife Jacquie; two grandchildren Jerry Grinstead Jr. and wife Sherry, Tammy Fry and her husband Tim; nine great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren; one sister Kathy Hutchinson of San Angelo, Texas and many nieces and nephews.

Polly was preceded in death by her husband Donald Foster, her mother and father and three siblings.

Private services and internment will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
