Julius Shulman, perhaps the world’s best-known architectural photographer, died Wednesday night at his Los Angeles home, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Shulman’s work in Los Angeles and Palm Springs helped draw attention to pioneering modernist architects including Richard Neutra, Rudolf M. Schindler, Frank Lloyd Wright, Charles Eames, Gregory Ain, Raphael S. Soriano, John Lautner, Eero Saarinen and others.
