The following information has been provided by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:
On Friday, October 17, 2008, at about 8:50 p.m. deputies served a narcotic related search warrant at 29181 Desert Charm Road, in the unincorporated area of Indio Hills.
After the execution of the warrant, a functioning clandestine methamphetamine laboratory was discovered on the five-acre property. The laboratory was a large-scale methamphetamine laboratory able to produce multiple pounds of methamphetamine.
Three arrests were made at the location. The property owner, Apolinar Estrada Arellano, 51, and Ricardo Ramirez, 42, of Coachella, were arrested on drug charges; Rodrigo Dominguez Arellano, 33, of Indio Hills, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
