Marie Cecilia (Day) Hardy, born December 1, 1953 in Whittier, CA, passed away peacefully on December 07, 2009 with her family by her side.

A Hemet resident for 45 years & graduate of Hemet High School, she was a valued employee of GTE (Verizon) for 32 years. Marie along with her husband Mike was an active member of the Hemet Jeep Club.

She will be greatly missed by her family, husband, Mike Hardy of Hemet, son, Sean Sisco of Hemet, Daughter, Kirsten Urick of Hemet, sisters,Teresa Day-Fickel of Arlington, TX and Kathleen Day-Seiter of Oakland Hills, as well as stepdaughters Brenda Pennington, Chalea Gallagher, Nickki Anderson & Shari Lattimer.

She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Moira, Colt, Jade, Sean, Jessie, Emily, Annie, Todd, K’la, Taylor, Cody & Logan.

Services will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Hemet on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 10:00 am. A Private interment will be held at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society Arrangements by: 951-658-4433
