Kenneth “Bud” Updegraff, age 76 of Moreno Valley, CA. passed away Thursday, October 8, 2009. He was born March 3, 1933 in Wenoke, Oklahoma to Gus and Maude Updegraff.
He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and worked as a power construction lineman throughout the west for 45 years.
He is survived by his wife; Judith Updegraff, daughters; Donna Peletier, Diane Alexander, Denise Sanderson, step-daughter; Michelle Contreras, son; Gary Updegraff, step-sons; James Contreras and DeWayne Contreras; sister, Lillian Simien; brother-in-law, Ben Simien; 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, November 14th at 1:00 P.M. in the Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Chapel.
