Karen K. Fosdick, 69, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2009 at her home in Highland.  Karen was born in Mankato, Minnesota and was a resident of Highland and San Bernardino for 60 years.

She was a teacher at Sierra Continuation School, Cajon High School, Cal State San Bernardino and worked at San Bernardino County Schools.  She also did work for CASA and the Juvenile Justice System.  Karen was a longtime dedicated member of Lutheran Church of Our Savior.

She is survived by her husband, Larry;  daughter, Cyndi and son-in-law Jason of Highland;  son, Craig and daughter-in-law Renee of Chula Vista;  grandsons, Kegan and Jacob; granddaughter, Emilie and other family members and close friends.

Church Service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Lutheran Church of Our Savior.  Interment will follow at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Lutheran Church of Our Savior.
