A high-speed police pursuit in Anaheim on Monday night left one man dead and three injured when a truck blew through a red light at high speeds, hitting two other vehicles. Police responding to reports of an assault engaged in a brief pursuit of the suspect vehicle. The driver, Oscar Javier De La Torre Villalobos, 22, of Menifee, is in serious condition and is in custody on suspicion of felony manslaughter, felony DUI and felony evading and battery. His passenger and one of the other drivers also suffered serious injuries; the driver of the third vehicle was killed.
