Guadalupe Landerose Vivar, age 87 longtime resident of Corona, entered eternal rest on Saturday following recent hospitalization. Born in Calvillo Aguascalientes, Mexico she was the daughter of Severanio and Jesus Landeros
She was a wonderful homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and dear friend; she was the “glue” to the family fabric, the staple that held everyone together. How she loved her trips to the casinos, Agua Caliente in Palm Desert was her favorite, but she would not say “no” to Vegas either.
A modest woman, she enjoyed gatherings with all the family present - especially this time of the year during Thanksgiving and Christmas Holida Season. She liked to cook and feed others, Mimi’s Cafe was her pleasure, and in the eyes of her beloved family, she was their “energizer bunny”; always filled with enthusiasm and boundless desire.
She was fond of gardening, loved roses, and Bob Barker and The Price Is Right show.
Guadalupe leaves behind her children, Jesus, Martin, Roberto, Raul, Amelia, Maria, Alexandra, and Teresa, 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, and a sister Maria De Refugio Velasco.
She now joins her late husband Martin and son Carlos Vivar in etenity.
Arrangements entrusted to the care of Walker Family Funeral Services.
