New poll shows California voters now support same-sex marriage

Proposition 8 was approved by voters in California, the measure removed the right of same-sex marriage in California.

Proposition 8 passed by a margin greater than 52.5%.

Early on election night, the California Secretary of State reports 5,359,110 for Proposition 8 and 4,867,034 votes against the measure.
