Eldon R. Taylor, 67, of Hemet, died Dec. 6, 2009, at Ramona Manor in Hemet.

No services are planned. Interment is private at Karma Mahasiddha Ling temple in Pine Cove. McWane Family Funeral Home in Hemet is handling arrangements.

Mr. Taylor, who was born in Oklahoma, lived in Hemet five years. He was a gemologist for 30 years.

He enjoyed traveling and making kites, and flying was his passion.

Mr. Taylor was a member of the Karma Mahasiddha Ling temple.

He is survived by a brother, Doyle.
