CNN is reporting that the doctor who was treating Michael Jackson has retained a lawyer and will meet with Los Angeles police detectives on Saturday.

Dr. Conrad Murray is not a criminal suspect according to the LAPD.

The Jackson family has received the body of Michael Jackson, and is having a second autopsy performed.

Jackson was in rehearsals for a string of 50 London concerts scheduled to begin July 13.

He is survived by three children, Prince Michae,l 7; Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12; and Paris Michael Katherine, 11.
