Dorothea May Cholewinski, age 78, of Golden Valley, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2009, at her residence.  Mrs. Cholewinski was born on May 22, 1931 in Los Angeles, California and was the daughter of Davis Ray Harris and Dorothy Allah (Gaines) Harris.

Dorothea was a LVN for 20 years and employed by Buena Park Community Hospital.  She lived in Orange County for 40 years and then she moved to San Jacinto, CA for 18 years and the last 18 months she lived with her daughter at Golden Valley, Arizona.

Dorothea Cholewinski is survived by her daughter; Jackie (Cholewinski) Bokath-Dal of Golden Valley, Arizona, son; Steven Wallin of Lakewood, Colorado.  One sister; Fay Koening of Apple Valley, California and one brother; Stan Harris of Oak Glen, California and three grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory Inc., 165 West 7th Street, San Jacinto, California. There will be a viewing on Friday, January 8, 2010, at Grace Chapel Church located at 362 North Buena Vista St. Hemet, CA., from 10:00AM to 11:00 AM.  Service will follow at 11:00 AM, Pastor Jay Durant will be officiating the service.  Graveside service will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 South Workman Mills Rd, Whittier, California, 90601 on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 2:30 PM.
