Carolyn Marie Piscevic, age 85, of Hemet, California, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2009. Born to Alec and Louise Cuccia in Colorado on Monday, February 11, 1924.
Carolyn met and married the love of her life Joseph Piscevic. Shortly after moving to the Hemet area, they owned and operated the Lancer Motel which was located on the corner of Florida and Lyon Avenue. They were pioneers in our community. Carolyn enjoyed working crossword puzzles, going on trips to Vegas, she had a general love for all animals. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Alec and Louise Cuccia; her belved husband, Joseph Piscevic; and her precious children, Steve Lancer and Cathy Orlando.
Carolyn is survived by her grandchildren, Jason Orlando of Washinton, D.C., and Rosemarie Brown of San Diego, California; her great-grandchildren, Sophie Orland and Grace Brown; and her sister Veda Giordani of Half Moon Bay, California.
Memorial Services have been scheduled for Sunday, December 13, 2009, beginning at 1:00pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet, California.
