Carol Diane Richardson

richardson-carol.jpg Carol Diane Richardson passed away peacefully November 25, 2008 at the age of 47 in her home with her family by her side.

She passed with the dignity and grace that she lived her life. Over the past 16 months Carol faced her battle with cancer in a way that has inspired all of those around her. She never relinquished her beauty, wit, sense of humor, style or graciousness even in the face of her greatest life challenge. Carol was an amazing wife, mother, daughter and friend who blessed all those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

Carol is survived by her husband, Steve, her daughters Chelsie and Carlie; her mother Dalia Solis; her in-laws Ray and Linda Richardson; her brothers Randy, Richard, Russell, Renato, and Michael Solis; her sisters Sylvia Bottom, Corinne Schmid and Christina Solis; nephews, nieces, cousins and countless friends. Carol is preceded in death by her father, Renato Solis.

Visitation will be held at Acheson & Graham Chapel from 5-8pm with Rosary at 6pm, Tues., 12/02/08. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 3rd at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, 7050 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA 92506 (951) 683-0800.     Dear Steve, Chelsie, & Carlie,
    We were so sorry to hear of your loss. When I last saw Carol (I hadn’t seen her since we retired from the orthodontic practice in 2006) she told me of her challenges.She was, as has been said, filled with grace, dignity, & courage.
    We will remember her smile, her sense of humor, and her warmth. We wish you peace in the knowledge that she is not suffering & the love of all your family & friends.
