A Rancho Cucamonga-based company is the focus of an investigation into loan-modification schemes. Ex-employees and former customers are speaking out against 21st Century and Fidelity National Legal Services.

The company was operated by Andrea Ramirez, according to an investigative report by KNBC-TV.
