Bernadine “Bernie” Rhodes, 89, of San Bernardino, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2012. She was born in St. Joseph, MO on January 15, 1923.

She married Harold ‘Dusty’ Rhodes on May 31, 1958. Bernie will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her love of hugging everyone she met, and the eternal love she had for her family. She will forever be missed.

Bernie is survived by her son, Scott, and daughter, Kelly.

Her death was preceded by her parents, Sarah Catherine and Ephrim Foster, and husband, Dusty Rhodes (December 28, 2007).

A memorial service will be held July 2, 2012 at 11:15 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery where she will join her beloved husband.
