Lewis David Allen, 82 of Perris, California passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in Riverside, California. He was born on Tuesday, June 18, 1929 in Utah to Joseph and Emma Allen.

He was the husband of Marian Allen for 49 wonderful years. Lewis worked for the Moreno Valley School District for 15 years. He was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, Perris, California. He enjoyed gardening, rock collecting, fishing and reading books on history.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marian and son, Ken Allen.

He is survived by 3 sons, Ted Allen, Levi Allen and Blaine Allen; 2 daughters, Doreen Allen and Deborah Rojas; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Monday April 30th 2012, at 11:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, Perris Ward, 225 Mildred St., Perris, CA.
