eugenecramer.jpgEugene “Gene” Stewart Cramer , 95, of Perris, passed away on March 12, 2012. Gene was born on March 18, 1916, in Craig, NE.

A World War II veteran, Gene moved in 1948 to Denver, CO, where he met his wife, Maxine. They were married November 24, 1950. Gene holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Denver and made his career in teaching and management development for the aerospace industry, including 10 years at Aerojet General in Southern California.

He and Maxine moved to Perris, CA, in 1986. A lifelong member of the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ. Gene and Maxine belonged to the Riverside church.

Gene is survived by his wife of 61 years, Maxine of Perris, CA; two daughters, Kathy of Napa, CA and Janet of Boca Raton, FL; a son, David of Anaheim, CA; and a sister, Pauline, of Ralston, NE.

A celebration of Eugene’s life will be held Sunday, March 18, 2:00 p.m., at the First Christian Church, 4055 Jurupa Ave, Riverside. Interment will be privately held at Riverside National Cemetery. Donations in Gene’s name may be made to the Disciples Seminary Foundation, Claremont, CA.
