Silvia Chavez
Silvia Chavez, age 40 of Corona, entered eternal rest on Tuesday morning, following terminal illness. She was born in Mexico.
Silvia was the beloved daughter of Jose and Mireya Chavez. Following high school graduation, Silvia attended college and then chose to work in home healthcare as a caring and loving caregiver, where she devoted for nearly 20 years until her terminal illness forced her to stop.
Silvia was a devoted daughter, caring sister, loving aunt and best friend who enjoyed everything life had to offer. She was passionate about her family, especially her nieces, Lizabeth Carrillo and Alejandra Chavez as well as her nephews, John Carrillo, Joseph Williams, Gabriel Chavez, Aidan Carrillo and Jacob Willims.
She was like a second mother to her nieces and nephews, who enjoyed being with her, laughing at her sense of humor, and going places that they all enjoyed. She also loved her pets, art, music and books. She was an unselfish person, who often helped others in need and took care of her loved ones, without thinking twice about it.
She was exceptionally gifted and often used her talents to benefit others. She enjoyed traveling and seeing new things. While her family and friends will dearly miss her, they will find comfort knowing she will continue on her own path to new adventures into eternity and that she will be with he hero, the Lord.
She will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her and were privileged to live in her presence.
She is survived by her mother Mireya and father Jose Chavez, her sisters: Lizabeth Carrillo and Yannet Williams, brother Gabriel Chavez and brother in laws: Juan Carrillo and John Williams.
Arrangements entrusted to the care of Walker Family Funeral Services.
