On Thursday, October 20, at 6:00 a.m., thirty-five-year-old Jesse Perez Torres, a resident of Long Beach, was arrested for the homicide of Norma Lopez.  Perez was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for kidnap and homicide.  This case is ongoing and no further details will be released.
