Riverside high school student gets away from attacker

News headline from the Riverside Police Department:

2012-10-18-rpd-sketch.JPGAt around 6:15 a.m. on October 15th, a female North High School student was walking near Eucalyptus Avenue and Fifth Street when she was grabbed by an unknown adult male.  The girl struggled and was able to get away from the attacker.  She then ran to the school several blocks away and reported the incident to a school administrator.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’-8” tall, stocky build, black hair, a full beard, brown eyes, in his late twenties.  He was last seen wearing a red T shirt, red athletic shorts with a white stripe, and tennis shoes.

The victim was able to assist police in completing this composite sketch of the suspect.
