Seventh suspect arrested in connection with murder of Moreno Valley man

News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:

During the last month, Riverside County Sheriff’s Investigators have identified and arrested seven suspects in connection with the murder of 34-year-old Fernando Renteria of Moreno Valley.  Renteria’s body was found near the I-215 freeway in Perris on August 10th.

Between August 13th and September 8th, six suspects were located and arrested at various locations in the area.  The first six suspects were identified as Fallon Flores, 29; Angelo Arredondo, 27; Elizabeth Renee Garcia, 19; Jonathon Oporta, 23; Reyna Mosqueda, 20; and Angel Rosales, 31.

On September 14th at 11:00 a.m., the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Warrant Team arrested the seventh suspect, Michael Ramirez, for an outstanding homicide warrant, which was issued out of Riverside County.  Ramirez was wanted in connection with the homicide.  He was arrested at a residence in the 1400 block of King Canyon Road, in the Victorville area of San Bernardino County.

All of these suspects were taken to the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside and booked for murder.
