A strong wind storm whipped up dust and resulted in rain and hail in Riverside.  The storm was most powerful around 2:40 p.m., Thursday afternoon.

At one point blowing dust forced some drivers to pull over along Chicago Avenue.   At 3:00 p.m. there were reports of wind, rain and hail in Riverside County.

There have no reports of injury.  However significant flooding has happened on Cactus Avenue in Moreno Valley.
