Free ‘Movies on Main’ in downtown Riverside

Announcement from the Riverside Downtown Partnership:

Riverside Downtown Partnership in conjunction with the City of Riverside and its Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department presents “Movies on Main”, with blockbuster G-rated and PG movies the entire family will enjoy.

These free movies will be shown on Main Street between University and Mission Inn Avenue in Riverside, projected on an inflatable outdoor screen.

August 16 – The Adventures of Tin Tin follows the intrepid young reporter whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a work of high adventure against the nefarious Red Rockham. Based on the series of books The Adventures of Tin Tin by Herge.
August 23 – Spy Kids 4 takes you on an eventful journey when Rebecca and Cecil discover that their boring stepmom was once a top agent and has now been called back into duty to help save the world.

The movie screening will start at 8:00 p.m. Early arrival is strongly recommended to secure a good spot.

Attendees can bring their own chair or blanket.
