At around 11:15 p.m. on July 3rd, a sport utility vehicle traveling on Warren Road south of Poplar Street, near Diamond Valley Lake in Winchester, crossed over lanes into oncoming traffic and broadsided a sedan, killing both drivers instantly.

The driver of the sedan was identified as Deven Dolezal, 22, of Hemet.

The driver of the SUV has not been identified.

Both drivers were reportedly wearing seat belts.

The cause of the accident is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
