News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:
At around 8:30 p.m. on July 7th, deputies from Jurupa Valley responded to a burglary alarm at Mission Middle School located at 5961 Mustang Lane in Jurupa Valley, just south of the 60 freeway.
When deputies arrived, they saw three boys leaving with property taken from the classrooms. After a short foot chase, two of the boys were taken into custody. The third boy was identified but fled and will be apprehended at a later date.
The two juveniles were booked into Riverside Juvenile Hall for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
All property taken during the burglary was recovered and returned to the school.
