News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:

Shortly after 1:00 a.m. on July 9th, a Jurupa Valley deputy noticed a man entering the Circle K Store located in the 5800 block of Mission Boulevard in Jurupa Valley.  The deputy watched as the subject removed alcohol from a display case, hid the alcohol in his jacket, and then walked out of the store without paying for the alcohol.

The deputy contacted the subject and confirmed that the subject did steal the alcohol.  The alcohol was returned to the store and the man was arrested.

The man, who was identified as George Anthony Gonzales (pictured right), 18, of Jurupa Valley, was arrested and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for burglary and possession of stolen property.
