Double homicide in Moreno Valley; no suspects identified

News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:

At around 4:45 a.m. on July 6th, officers from the Moreno Valley Police Department responded to a report of a subject brandishing a weapon in the 24000 block of Myers Avenue, near Kaiser Hospital on Heacock Street in Moreno Valley.

Upon arrival, officers discovered two shooting victims. One victim was found deceased inside the residence. Another victim was transported to a local hospital and later died from those injuries.

All parties involved have been identified and there are no outstanding suspects.
