A Canyon Lake man has died from injuries sustained in a rollover crash in the unincorporated Meadowbrook area, just outside the gates of Canyon Lake.

Kent Perryman, 59, was driving a pickup truck on Greenwald Avenue, a winding two-lane road south of Highway 74 near Scenic Crest Drive, when he lost control.  The truck rolled several times.  He was not ejected.

The traffic accident happened at around 1:50 p.m. on July 1st.

Perryman was transported to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center in Murrieta, where he died from his injuries on July 5th.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
