venturalopez.jpgVentura Lopez, Jr. was born on February 23rd 1938 in Indio , Ca. to Ventura and Cipriana Lopez.

Ventura was a very loving, strong, devoted man who always put his family first. In his free time he enjoyed hunting deer and quail in the mountains around the area. He worked for the City of Hemet for 20 years in the police department and sanitation field.

When he retired he enjoyed spending time with his Family especially his Grand Children. Ventura favorite music was country, artist such as Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson and Hank Williams were among his favorites.

Ventura is survived by his wife Rosa and their 4 children Ventura, Teresa, Michael and Deborah, his brother Raymond and 5 sisters Eleanor , Connie, Sophia, Mary and Stella.

He also has 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Ventura was a wonderful husband, father , grandfather and friend. He will be missed.

Services to be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at St. James Church at 269 West 3rd St, Perris CA 92570. Visitation from 12:00 to 2:00pm; services at 2:00pm.
