News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:

Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on June 14th, San Jacinto Police officers responded to the area of Idyllwild Drive and Tiger Lane in San Jacinto, in reference to a report of child annoying.  Two teenage girls reported that a man continued to annoy them after they repeatedly asked him to stop.

The man, who was later identified as Jaime Garcia (pictured right), 30, of San Jacinto, was located at the scene when officers arrived and he was positively identified by the victims.  Garcia was taken into custody without incident and later booked into the Smith Correctional Facility for child annoying.
