Lindsay Lohan hospitalized after colliding with semi on PCH in Santa Monica

TMZ has reported that Lindsay Lohan crashed her Porsche today, crashing into the back end of an 18-wheeler semi truck on Pacific Coast Highway near the California incline in Santa Monica.

There are unconfirmed reports that the car is totaled.

Lohan was reportedly driving the black sports car and her assistant was a passenger.

The passenger was taken to a hospital by ambulance. Lohan is reportedly also hospitalized as she is being evaluated for injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. A field sobriety test was reportedly not given, and police have indicated there were no signs of intoxication.
