Felon on probation arrested for stolen credit cards in Grand Terrace

News headline from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department:

At around 8:30 p.m. on June 9th, a San Bernardino County Deputy on patrol, observed a woman walking in the roadway at Barton Road and Grand Terrace Road in Grand Terrace. The deputy recognized her from previous contacts as Jessica Bruton, 22, of Grand Terrace.

The deputy also had prior knowledge of Bruton being on felony probation, and her search terms. He stopped Bruton, and requested assistance from another deputy with conducting a search of Bruton.

A search was conducted, at which time the deputies located stolen credit cards and additional stolen personal identification information.

Bruton was arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center.
