Commercial burglary suspects caught in the act and arrested in San Jacinto

News headline from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department:

2012-06-21-hem12-0620-terrymichaelrichardson-201226595.jpgAt around 9:00 a.m. on June 20th, deputies responded to the 700 block of South San Jacinto Avenue in San Jacinto, in reference to a rope seen hanging inside the business from the roof, and a masked suspect seen lying on the rooftop.

A perimeter was established and two suspects were seen running back and forth on the roof.  Cal-Fire responded with a ladder and the suspects were taken into custody without incident.

The two men were identified as Terry Michael Richardson (pictured top right), 20, and Kynasasha Kintay McDuffie (pictured bottom right), 22.  Both are residents of San Bernardino.

A rope and a duffle bag containing burglary tools were located on the rooftop.

2012-06-21-hem12-0620-kynasashakintaymcduffie-201226596.jpgBoth suspects were booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility for conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, burglary and attempt robbery.
