The 13th annual West Coast Thunder Memorial Day Bike Run will be held on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th.
The event starts with over 7,500 motorcyclists staging at Skip Fordyce Harley-Davidson, located at 7688 Indiana Avenue, near the Riverside Auto Center.
Staging, registration, and breakfast for participants will start at 6:00 a.m., with the opening ceremony and speakers starting at 8:05 a.m.
At 9:11 a.m., the riders will begin leaving Skip Fordyce, being escorted north on Indiana Avenue, turning right on Arlington Avenue, right on Alessandro Boulevard, right on Trautwein Road, and left on Van Buren Boulevard until they reach Riverside National Cemetery.
Spectators may stage along the route to show their support to the riders.
Riverside city streets along the route may be temporarily blocked during the hour or so that it takes the riders to make their way through, and drivers are asked to be patient and plan accordingly.
Riders may then either enter the cemetery to pay their respects, or continue on with a CHP escort on Interstate 215 north to Highway 60 east, exiting at Gilman Springs Road/Highway 79 to continue on to Soboba Casino, located at 23333 Soboba Road in San Jacinto.
At Soboba Casino, ride participants will enjoy live entertainment, food and product vendors, official event ceremonies; all culminating with a performance by Atlantic Records recording artist, Uncle Kracker and Elektra/All In recording artist, The Farm.
