Spectators are invited to tour the staging area in the lower Riverside City College parking lots off Ramona Drive, and to take part in the annual pre-parade pancake breakfast, put on by the cadets of Civil Air Patrol (CAP). The cost for the breakfast is $5 per person and will include eggs, bacon, juice, and pancakes.
The parade route will begin on Magnolia Avenue at Ramona Drive and will proceed north to Tenth Street, then heading to the historic Riverside County Courthouse on Main Street.
The announcers will be located near the corner of Tenth and Market Streets.

Enjoy over 300 entries including marching bands, fly-overs, equestrian units, color guards, marching units, bagpipes, dancers, antique cars, military vehicles, floats, and of course, veterans.
Parking in downtown Riverside is free on the day of the parade, as well as in the RCC parking structure located at Magnolia Avenue and Terracina Drive.
All veterans are invited to march and be recognized.
Committee Chairman, Ron Richmond, has commented that “Each participating veteran will receive an identifying medal and our everlasting thanks.”
Parade Director, Bill Densmore, said “We have been extremely pleased to see our spectator base growing each year, providing a fitting tribute to veterans from the Inland Empire and elsewhere.”
