CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters were called to a house fire shortly after 9:00 p.m. on March 20.

The house was located at 28432 North Star Lane in Menifee.

When firefighters arrived, they found that the garage was on fire in the approximately 2,300 square foot, two-story home.

Firefighters were able to hold the fire to the garage and contents.  They remained on the scene to check for further fire damage into the home, and to investigate the cause of the fire, which has not been reported.

No injuries were reported.
