Arturo De Los Santos says he isn’t leaving his Riverside home, even though he hasn’t made a payment in two years, and a mortgage modification did not go as he had hoped.

De Los Santos was served with an eviction notice by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, and it was expected to be enforced on Tuesday, but deputies from the court-services division did not arrive to clear the property.

The former owner moved back into the Riverside home, near the Galleria at Tyler, in December. Bolstered by a few members of the “occupy” group De Los Santos has said he will not leave the property willingly.
