Moreno Valley Police enforce theft of recyclables

On February 21, in response to complaints from the community, Moreno Valley Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Team conducted a theft of recyclables operation.

The operation was conducted in the southwest area of Moreno Valley.

During the operation, citations were given to eighteen individuals for theft of recyclables.

Additionally, six individuals were arrested for nine unrelated misdemeanor warrants and two individuals were arrested for possession of an open alcoholic beverage.
