Man dies from gunshot wounds in Riverside’s east side

On January 26 at approximately 10:20 p.m., the Riverside Police received a call for a man who appeared to be shot and bleeding at University Avenue and Kansas Avenue in Riverside’s east side.

Patrol officers arrived and found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Riverside Fire Department responded and transported the subject to a local hospital where he died from his wounds.

The victim was identified as Gregory Ball Jr., 37, of Riverside.

Ball was possibly shot at another location and stumbled to the intersection of University and Kansas.
